I don't believe in free speech for the same reason that I don't believe in unicorns. Both do not exist on this planet.
There are restrictions on speech everywhere on earth. Some countries have freer speech than others but there are always boundaries around how you can constrict your throat meat to produce organized grunts.
The most important right one should have around freedom of speech is what I call the "idiot ruler rule".
If you live in a country where you can say the ruler of this country is an idiot without going to jail or being thrown out a window, under mysterious circumstances, then you have it as good as it gets on this planet.
The ruler of my country is an idiot and for that, I’m very grateful.
