I believe the universe is made out of stories.
Before the big bang, there was no plot. Nothing happened. Nothing moved. Reality was fundamentally unbingeable.
Then organic matter was created causing expansion and the creation of the first story. Like all good stories, it has a hero and a villain. It's the story of team organic versus team inorganic.
From there, we've split the story over and over again until we arrive at this moment in time where we're surrounded by an infinite amount of stories.
But the gist remains the same, we are the scrappy underdogs in a largely inorganic and hostile landscape. Your role is the same as it ever was; do your best to create more stories.
